Payment Policy

We offer various payment methods to help you get your order paid as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about our payment options below, please contact us.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards only. Billing & Shipping details must match for 1st time orders. If they do not match, a Credit Card Authorization form is required by our payment processor and serves as additional verification to prevent fraud and protect our customers.

We accept bank to bank payments. Our banking info is provided upon request once you have submitted an order. Orders are fulfilled and shipped once the bank payment has cleared.

We accept PayPal payments for orders less than $2,000.00 USD. We will send you a PayPal link upon request once you have submitted an order.

We accept Sezzle payments for website orders only. Sezzle is a Buy Now Pay Later payment method that is fast and easy to use. Please contact Sezzle directly if you have any questions.

We accept Cash payments for orders greater than $2,000.00 USD. Must pay in person in North Hollywood, CA. Orders can be picked up or shipped after payment.

If your card payment declined online but you see a pending charge on your card statement, please note this charge will reverse and automatically drop in the following 2-3 business days. We can send a failed transaction receipt upon request. Reasons for a declined payment may include incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or stop payment from your bank due to fraud prevention. In some cases, you might need to confirm the transaction with your bank and attempt your purchase again. Please ensure your card details are correct and your billing address is current with your bank.
