We are open Monday through Friday, and our cutoff time is 12pm PST. Please submit your by 12pm PST for same day shipping. Orders received after 12pm PST are not guaranteed to ship same day. Custom flavors and large wholesale orders do not apply.
UPS and US Postal Service shipping methods are available for domestic and international orders. Signature Required is available upon request at no additional cost for orders over $1,000 USD.
Please note if you pay for UPS Next Day Air (Overnight), we will use that method when we ship, which is not always the same day you place the order. UPS Next Day Air delivers by the next business day, for instance, orders shipped on Friday will deliver on Monday, unless Saturday Delivery is specifically requested and paid for.
Free Standard shipping on all US domestic orders over $100.00 USD. Shipping cost applies to orders less than $100.00 USD, expedited orders, international orders, and wholesale orders. Please note customer is responsible for international duties, taxes, and customs fees.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. We ship to all United Sates, Canada, and various other countries. Transit time depends on shipping courier and method selected but can range from 2-7 business days for domestic orders and 5-21 days for international orders. We can only ship to PO Boxes via the US Postal Services. Please note UPS will not deliver to any PO Box.
