Return Policy

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and still sealed in original packaging. You must email us within 7 days of purchase date at Info@TheTerpeneStore.com or we cannot accept your return. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns. Due to the nature of the product, all returns will be inspected. Please email us at Info@TheTerpeneStore.com to proceed with a return.

Refunds

Refunds (minus original shipping fee and 20% restock fee) will either be issued as Store Credit or back to the original form of payment at our discretion. Refunds issued back to the original form of payment may take 7-10 business days to settle depending on your bank. Sale/Promo purchases and Custom Flavors are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with a terpene flavor, you can exchange the remaining amount for a different flavor. Ship us back your bottle and provide us with a tracking number so we can monitor its arrival. We do not pay for the cost of your Return Label. Exchanged flavor will be shipped once original flavor is received and inspected. Please email us at Info@TheTerpeneStore.com to proceed with an exchange.
